Love the duct tape application- is that code?

Looks like the duct tape is only used to keep the pipes vertical before the foundation is poured. There are stakes in the ground and the pipes are taped to them….let's hope that's the reason anyway!!
Your last two posts have been called "GH3.0 Update"....
