St. Patrick's Day

Happy St. Patty's day everyone! It's a gorgeous day out here in Texas. The trees and shrubs are all starting to sprout green leaves for spring - just in time for St. Patrick's Day! Rob and Luke are at home today doing some clean up and projects and Melissa, unfortunately, has to work today 7-7. That's ok, we'll do some fun stuff when Momma gets home since it won't be dark out till almost 8:00 now.

We had some pest control guys come out to the house today. Since we're the first new house in the subdivision, all the ants, wasps and mice seem to think that this is the place to hang out! We've had a bunch of mice in the garage and a ton of ants, fire and other wise, in the yard. We even have what the pest guys said where "powder post beatles" chewing through the wood in one of the spindles on the stairway. Not good! I submitted an emergency warranty request to the builder to come out and replace it before they spread to the rest of the house

Rob and Luke say hi
