Galveston Tour

Yesterday after doing a ton of good organization work around the house we took an evening drive down to Galveston with the primary goal of eating ice cream on the seawall. It was a very nice day, however very windy, and after realizing that we were going to have sand in our ice cream we quickly jumped back in the SRX and changed our plans. We drove southwest down the island and decided to look for the beach houses that my family (Rob) rented while they were in TX for our wedding (holy cow, that was a while ago! 3/3/01!). The houses are in the first patch of beach houses just off the seawall and they were beach front prior to the storm. Let's just say that they're now part of the beach! Check out the pics with captions. We also have to confirm that Joe's Crab Shack on the seawall is still standing strong, sorry guys!
