Progress is being made in GH3.0. This past week drywall went up and brick got started. They are still pretty behind schedule and we look to close after the first of the year.

Did the drywall crew leave your aftermarket speaker boxes open?
they did leave the boxes in place but someone stole the speaker wire. I'll have to wire it in afterwards now...
They probably sold it for more tacos
